SUMMER HORSE RIDING CAMP FOR KIDS

Teach your kids the basics of horseback riding and the enjoyment of horses! Come on down!

It’s time to gear up for another fun-filled summer at Mar Vista Stables in 2019! Ride along the Beach, play games on horseback, learn all about horses and how to care for them. Kids just love our summer camp on horseback!

Ages 8+ welcome. 

 

2019 SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE

 

• For Kids ages 8 and up
• Monday – Friday Every week: June 3, 2019 – August 23, 2019
• Camp Activities start at 9:00 AM with pick up at 3:00 PM (or make arrangements to drop off with camp instructors please)

 

2019 PRICING: $400 per week for one week and $375 per week for additional add-on weeks

ARE YOU READY TO JOIN IN ON THE FUN AT CAMP MAR VISTA?

Each child is paired with their own horse for their week of camp

We teach horsemanship, how to groom and tack ponies and horses, western riding techniques

Campers play games on horseback including “Steal the Bacon”, “Red Rover”, “Simon Says”, “Red Light, Green Light” and “Capture the Flag”

Helmets are provided (or you can bring your own)

CAMPERS WILL NEED:

A packed lunch and water bottle

Long pants (preferably jeans)

A jacket and a beanie is nice to have when it gets cold/windy

Closed-toed shoes. No flip flops, sandals or slip on shoes please.
